Create Policyholder Account
Request a username and password by completing the form below and selecting "Register". An email containing your username and initial password will be sent to the email address you provide below.
- Only one username will be created per email address.
- If you are a policyholder with more than one active policy with us, the additional policy(s) can be added to your username after it has been created. Contact website support at (208) 332-2197 for assistance.
- If you are an accountant, bookkeeping firm, or payroll agency and need access to your client's policy or to add other policies to your existing user account, submit a Third Party Web Account Authorization form . The form must be signed by an owner of the insured business. Please include your desired username or the existing user account information on the form.
- Please note it will take 24-48 hours after creating your account for the online payment option to become available.
