Agency Login

For agencies currently appointed with SIF, please use the following Agency Web Access Authorization form to request access to SIFPortal. Our secure site provides policy information, documents, loss run reports, past due transactions, renewal information, commission statements, and more.

You may also use this form to:

• Add or register an administrator to your agency
• Request access to commission statements
• Request access to your partner agencies

Agencies may have more than one Administrator.

Please email the completed form, including the agency number and owner/managing authority signature, to webfax@idahosif.org upload it on our Upload Forms page.

If you are not an agency owner and need access, please contact your Administrator or owner first. They can submit the form on your behalf, or if they have administrator access, they can create a user account for you.
